Rob grew up with an appreciation for food and fitness. That appreciation turned into the passion for nutrition and wellness during his university career. He completed a degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences at the University of Alberta to become a Registered Dietitian. Rob's appetite for evidence-based medicine and scientific recommendation led him to pursue postgraduate study on the impact of nutrition and fitness on health.

Being healthy is a lifestyle! One of Rob’s goals is to educate and empower his clients with nutrition knowledge to make healthy lifestyle choices. “Regardless of age or state of health you are in, there is always room for improvement. Nutrition and physical activities are the key in the journey towards optimal health”.

Rob’s areas of interest are sport nutrition, weight management, eating disorder recovery, diabetes, various medical and health concerns, and disease prevention and wellness. He provides his clients with practical cutting edge nutrition information and results focused dedication, based on current scientific research.
